Do you know the feeling of just coming out of a yoga class, meditation, or being on a relaxing vacation?
It's a feeling of being calm, centered, and relaxed.
Did you know it's possible to live from that space? Even when you have a busy challenging professional life at work and an active family life at home?
You can feel calm and peaceful amidst busy-ness and even chaos.
Living from a state of calm does not come at the expense of productivity. The opposite is true. With a clear mind you cut through the mental noise, your focus is heightened, and productivity increases. This is sometimes described as being in Flow.
In the CQ Group Training you will learn the foundational skills to begin implementing this new way of being into your daily life.
The goal of this program is to equip its participants with a sense of ownership in their ability to experience peace, calm, and contentment in their daily life.
At the individual level, CQ will show you how to be your best self in any situation at work and at home while simultaneously enhancing general life satisfaction catalyzed by a sense of calm, contentment and peace.
If you are interested in signing your team up for this training, CQ will provide your staff with a sense of agency, to equip them to manage stress, change, and overwhelm with more ease, and support them in accessing their own well-being and mental health to promote increased retention and engagement.
Contrary to popular belief you do not need to wait for work, home, and life to be running smoothly so that you can be your best self.
CQ will show you how to be your best self in any situation at work and at home while simultaneously enhancing general life satisfaction catalyzed by a sense of calm, contentment and peace.
"I used to think being my best self was only when everything was working. It’s not. Now I see that even when the world is falling apart, I’m fine. Work and life can be stressful and hard. I remain neutral by not allowing thoughts through every space. When I recognize the thoughts, I can step out of it all with a clear mind. I get to the root cause of it all, and then be done with it and move on to the next thing. Doing this work is not at the expense of productivity, it enhances productivity because you’re able to get more done and at a higher quality with a clear mind.
You can’t control the world around you. As leaders we try to control and conquer it all. At the end of the day, you can put all the policies and procedures in place but what really matters is are you being kind, compassionate, and teaching? Or are you being hard and damaging relationships? When you learn how to clear your mind, you get to choose.
Working with Tracey has put me in a spot where my mind is clear enough to see that. I’m less reactive. I’m less emotionally invested. I have found my peaceful place and with practice it gets easier and easier to live from that space. This process works."

"The biggest learning for me is to see how to be less anxious and understand my reactions to certain situations, whatever the environment is. I can now understand how I react and how it’s impacted me personally and my ability to be a leader has been huge.
From a work perspective, I do have a relatively high stress role. For me stress has always been something that I’ve really felt a lot, but this has given me a different perspective, a way to manage it in an environment where I’m able to observe my stress levels and how I’m doing and not let it bleed into my leadership and work style, and work through work problems in a different manner.
At home, my wife has commented on how much I have shifted. I have been less anxious and stressed at home, and now it’s impacted me so that I’ve been able to interact with my wife, kids, extended family, parents, and brother and sister in a different way. From a home life perspective, it’s allowed me to manage life differently. I can see there’s different triggers and by identifying them, I can choose my reactions and what happens after the triggers."

“Working with Tracey, the biggest realization I have had is 1, my thoughts are my thoughts, and 2, I control how I react to those thoughts which makes a difference in every other facet of my professional and my private life.
At work, it’s enabled me to de-stress, especially prior to presentations or meetings. It’s enabled me to not get so ramped up and not get overly anxious about meetings and engagements.
At home, I’m more cognizant of reactions and their impact. I’m able to take a step back before reacting.
Since starting to work with you I have lost a lot of weight, I am much more physically active, and much more careful of what foods I consume. I have a desire to be my fittest self.
My team has benefited from me working with you. I have a greater appreciation and more empathy for others."
