I have known since I was 4 years old that I came into this life to help a lot of people - but that knowing has put a lot of pressure on me to do big things quickly.
I have struggled with feeling pressured by an intense drive to succeed since being a child. I would describe myself as an over-achiever and high-functioning high stressed driven person. But I never used to see myself that way. It just seeemed that's how I was and that's how life was, and I was simply responding to life. And no matter how run down I was feeling, I would put my head down and grind it out to keep moving forward. The more I achieved and accomplished, the more I wanted to do, and I often felt stuck in an endless cycle of running through life and working towards the next big thing. It made it difficult to slow down, appreciate life, and enjoy my time away from work.
What I help with, mental clarity and calm composure, does not come by me naturally. It is something I have learned in order to teach myself to live better, and now I share what I have learned to help others live as their best self too.
My dad passed away in 2015 from a neurodegenerative disease. We were very close and his passing motivated me to live life on my terms and create my dream business in 2015.
I love being outside in the mountains camping, snowboarding, hiking and mountain biking. I started mountain bike racing at 34 years old.
I am married to my loving husband Jesse (who hates photos and is usually the one taking the picture) and we have our beautiful daughter who is now 7. We live in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
I never stop learning how to improve and enjoy life more so that I can turn around and help others with the same.
