About Tracey Gazel

Tracey Gazel is a writer, speaker, executive advisor, and consciousness teacher exploring the intersection of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, leadership, and human wellbeing.

She works with founders, executives, leadership teams, and individuals navigating high-pressure environments, helping them reconnect to calm clarity, emotional resilience, grounded leadership, and a more sustainable way of living and performing.

With a background in psychology, neuroscience-informed training, meditation, and over a decade spent supporting leaders across healthcare, technology, restorative justice, and high-growth organizations, Tracey brings a unique blend of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and deep understanding of the human mind and nervous system.

Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful truth:
when the mind settles, people naturally access greater clarity, presence, resilience, connection, and wellbeing.

Bridging neuroscience and consciousness-based insight, Tracey’s work helps people move beyond chronic overthinking, pressure, emotional reactivity, and burnout so they can lead, communicate, and live with greater steadiness, authenticity, and peace of mind.

Through executive advisory, workshops, speaking engagements, leadership experiences, and private mentorship, she supports more human-centered, emotionally intelligent approaches to leadership, performance, communication, and modern life.

Tracey lives in the Okanagan region of British Columbia with her family, where her work and life continue to be shaped by quiet mornings, nature, presence, and the deeper understanding that clarity already exists beneath the noise.
